I'm so sorry you can't access the menu bar at the top of your account. The advertisement at the top of the screen is most likely related to a third party web browser add-on program that was installed. You can disable it or try working in another web browser so that you can see/access the top menu bar in your Constant Contact account. I hope this helps!
