When reviewing email campaign opens/clicks, I can no longer select contacts and update tags. I only have the option to create a new list. This is a new issue that started this week, as I had to find a new way to see click-through rates and can no longer update tags while reviewing campaign data. Is something wrong with the Constant Contact site/reporting, or is this going to be an ongoing issue?

I am sorry you can no longer select contacts and update tags with the new reporting interface.
You would need to select your contacts from the specific report category, create and add to a new list. After making the list, go to contacts and open the list and manage the tags from the list view.
