Please help me. I was due to cancel my free trial when I got charged?!!? So how then does the email you sent to the woman above refer? Also I am in Africa and do not want to incur additional call costs to get something as simple as a cancellation done. Please refund my money and cancel my account.

I called and spoke to billing last night (her name was Angel) to cancel my account. She said she did. Well, she did not. I better not be billed for today. Cancel immediately!
Please cancel my account with immediate effect before the next billing.
I am from Singapore and there are no Singapore help lines.
I have been trying to contact through your contact centre but there are no email or chats that I can use for this purpose.
Kindly give me the exact instruction or email contact to cancel my account ASAP.
