my email is . I hated it. Spent all night trying to send an email. I will never get that time back. Cancel my free trial please.

I'm sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience with Constant Contact. Because your account is still in a trial, there is nothing that you need to cancel. You will not be charged and the account will shut down automatically after the free trial period has ended. If you have any specific feedback for us we would be grateful to hear what we can do to make the process easier. Please help me. I was due to cancel my free trial when I got charged?!!? So how then does the email you sent to the woman above refer? Also I am in Africa and do not want to incur additional call costs to get something as simple as a cancellation done. Please refund my money and cancel my account.

It is impossible to cancel the account. Every method has been employed to stop you.

I changed the billing information so the cc will not process. I think this is a huge mistake, but there is no other way to get out of this fraudulant business practice of making it impossible for people to cancel.

Hi William

I am struggling with the same issue. I want to cancel my free trial of my account and remove my CC information from your system. I tried calling your help center for India, nobody picked up. There is no email ID or option whereby one can cancel one's subscription online, the only option you provide is to call the call centre. Please help me now, thanks.

Gracias por venir a la comunidad. Pido disculpas por la experiencia que ha tenido al conectarse a nuestro Soporte. He echado un vistazo al historial de su cuenta y no veo ninguna causa de por qué no podría acceder a su cuenta. Tampoco veo ningún intento anterior de cancelar también. Dicho esto, ¡quiero asegurarme de que recibas ayuda! Debido a esto, he enviado un ticket a nuestro Soporte de facturación para obtener más ayuda con su solicitud de cancelación.
