We have submitted a case to our Billing department to process the cancellation. This request can take up to 24 business hours to process. It is possible that Billing might need to reach out to you to review the request so we ask you confirm that your contact information is correct in your account. If you require faster assistance or have questions about your billing, please call our Billing team as we are not able to discuss account billing here in the Community. Thank you.

I sent a cancel request to your billing dept. few days ago and my account is still not cancelled. And please tell them not to call me. They can communicate via email.

I want to cancel my account and i tried calling but the time zone are different. Our time zone are different. When i want to communicate with the support, i couldn't. There is also no emails for use to send and email. How are we to communicate. The account cant be deactivated by ourselves. Thank you.
