Cancel my subscription

Hi I do not use this service and would like somebody to cancel my subscription. Why is it not easy to do this?

We're sorry to hear Constant Contact is no longer a good fit for you. We appreciate your time and want to assist you with your request. We have submitted a case to our Billing department to process the cancellation. This request can take up to 72 business hours to process. It is possible that Billing might need to reach out to you to review the request so we ask you confirm that your contact information is correct in your account. If you require faster assistance or have questions about your billing, please call our Billing team as we are not able to discuss account billing here. Thank you.

Cancel my account, please!!!!!

I want to cancel my account!!! I have rung but there is no one answering as you are in a different time zone.... my ex-business partner Sandra is STILL named on the account despite me repeatedly asking her to be removed, I cannot access parts of my account because of this which is rubbish. I do not want to pay you any more for a service I do not want or need. I have had legal advice because I should be able to cancel this payment myself and I cannot I've asked for help from Mind-Body but they say you are a third party and they can't help either!!!!

Cancel my account

I have looked all Over your site and can not find a way to cancel the account. It has to be more simple than this

Cancel account

How do I cancel my account? No one is on chat or phone. There should be some mechanism to do this online. Not happy customer.

Please delete my account

It is either under  Both of these show up in the account. In any event, you are out of our price range so unfortunately there is no point in the free trial.
