Canceling my subscription

You offer 100 ways to sign up for Constant Contact, but make me call you and discuss why I'm cancelling my account?!??!?!

You are wasting my time and money. If I want to cancel my account, I should be able to make the choice online during my work hours.

It appears you're on the trial, which will naturally run out after 60 days. You're already set up for DNC, so you shouldn't be receiving any Sales calls regarding your trial account either. Thank you for using Constant Contact!

We're sorry to hear Constant Contact is no longer a good fit for you. We appreciate your time and want to assist you with your request. We have submitted a case to our Billing department to process the cancellation. This request can take up to 24 business hours to process. It is possible that Billing might need to reach out to you to review the request so we ask you confirm that your contact information is correct in your account. If you require faster assistance or have questions about your billing, please call our Billing team as we are not able to discuss account billing here in the Community. Thank you.

CANCEL

Please cancel my service. I would also appreciate any information regarding how I signed up, I understand it could be through a third source. Kindly note this is my second request to cancel and my name is spelled wrong and first name wrong, Somehow this doesn't seem to  keep the credit card from billing. 

 

Correct name Richard Cory Petty and I don't currently have access to a phone on a regular basis as I temporarily recide in a health facility. \\Please forgive this not perhaps being directed to the appropriate address and any help you could offer directing it to the right apartment would be much appreciated..
