Would you prefer to cancel or suspend your account?
If you’d like to store the information longer than 120 days, you'll want to suspend your account for a nominal monthly fee based on your contact level. Suspending the account would allow for you to work on your campaigns and manage your contacts though you would not have the option to send emails. You can unsuspend the account from the “My Account” section at any time. If you’d like to do that simply let us know and we can suspend the account for you.
If you’d like to cancel we do recommend exporting the contacts from your account, and downloading any campaigns as they will not be available once we process the cancellation.
Let us know which you'd prefer and we'll make sure to get a ticket submitted to Billing. For a quicker turnaround, you may wish to call into Billing directly.

We got a ticket submitted to Billing to suspend your account. Depending on the size of their queue, it may take longer than the standard 1-2 business days for a response from them. For a quicker response, I'd recommend calling in.

Is a point to consider that to suscribe an account is web easy but to cancel there's no option on the website.
I hope that considering the period of day before the billing date that I'm letting you now, the monthly will be actually canceled.
