I would like to Cancel my Subscription. I cannot find a pathway to do this online, what are my options on how to go about cancelling my account.

but be aware that when you call billing and they tell you they've cancelled your account, they actually don't. Mine is still active and I bet I'm still being billed for it! What is up with that? It's criminal, folks. Criminal.
Hi @DaveW. Your cancellation request was processed when you spoke to our Billing team and we have sent the confirmation to the contact email on file.
the actual cancellation happened right after you wrote that reply. So no, it appears "angel" had not cancelled the account when we were on the phone when she said she would. Just sayin'.

It looks like you're still on a trial. I went ahead and got the trial submitted for cancellation processing. I also got you added to our DNC and unsubscribed from automated communications.
