If you know the email address or login username of the account you're needing cancelled, could you please reply to the automated @ mention email? Please include the username/email you think is associated with the account, as well as a reference to this conversation, and we can go from there.

It appears your account is still in trial. I've gone ahead and set it for cancellation, you should be receiving an automated cancellation email once completed.

I want to suspend my account- right now. I'm at - if you make this ANY harder I will totally cancel. I should be able to do this online.
