cancellation of account

I would like to cancel my constant contact account with the end of August. Please provide instruction on how i can cancel my account. I see i am not the only one having problems in finding a direct contact for cancellation.

If you're needing to cancel an account, you can reach out to Billing directly by phone, or reach out to us here on social media an the Community to reach out to Billing on your behalf. 

To make sure your account is truly cancelled and all Billing info is purged, I've submitted a case to their team to review and process.
