We are wanting to terminate the account as it does not continue to serve our purpose and would appreciate it if you could advise on

next steps. We have been trying to reach you at the International and US call numbers but to no avail. Would be grateful if you can

on a google search to create a marketing brochure, you show up second with tags saying this is possible. Then, clearly it is not. Just delete this account its a waste of my time thanks

We apologize if this wasn't exactly what you were looking for. You have the ability to print / download an email created in our system, which can be used as a brochure. Additionally the emails themselves can act as electronic brochures when sent to contacts or linked to elsewhere.

Por favor me urge hacer esto por que me siguen conbrando de mi cuenta de banco y no dispongo de dinero para pagarlo.

I need to quit my plan as I am able to get a service more cheaply elsewhere. You don't allow this it would seem. This seems a bit silly.

I recently created my account and it got suspended even after verifying my card details. I need to close my account.

It appears your account is currently under review. You'll need to speak with our Review team over the phone to securely discuss your account status. Reviews are an important part of our business, as it helps mitigate spam and scam accounts, ensure compliant emailing, and to safeguard sending reputations for you, our other customers, and for our company as a whole.

If for whatever reason you're unable to call in or stay on the line, we can get a ticket submitted for a callback. Please be aware this ticket has a 24-business hour turnaround, depending on the size of their queue. If you need us to do this, just let us know.

 

Your account is already set for cancellation, and won't be charged or otherwise available for use. So if you don't wish to contact the Review team, then you don't need to do anything else.
