I have not used your service, in months got little to no help have been charged every month( my fault for not canceling) even though the only help I got from your people was to set up a text to join which i emailed about and was told that they were not putting it in correctly, yet it did nothing I even joined last month have received nothing, I have not even logged in again until now, and of course no work on your end means nothing just take the money, great product and super efficient people, feels like family, am only writing this to try to make sure this the last month that you get any thing from me.

So from 9/23/2020, I Christopher Reid am closing my account, any failure on my end( I am computer illiterate) should not be taken as a desire to continue.  I am asking that by the time you read this if my account is not closed please use any contact info on file to assist me in closing my account,

Based on your situation, I suggest calling in and speaking with our Billing team as soon as you're able so they can look into the transactions and process the cancellation of your account.

I'm trying to cancel from Singapore. How does it make sense to call an international number to do so?? Do I need to cancel my credit card to do the cancellation?

 

Even when trying to email your team, there isn't an automated email address. Who do I email to????

Please cancel my account with immediate effect before the next billing.

I am from Botswana and there are no Africa help lines.

I have been trying to contact through your contact centre but there are no email or chats that I can use for this purpose.

Kindly give me the exact instruction or email contact to cancel my account ASAP.
