Cancel Contract

Hi, I want to set off the contract with constant contact, but i don't see the option to do that in the page, please help me. Carlos Osorio Alaluf Propiedades.

I want to cancel my trial and have no more hard sell phone calls from your company. How can I do that?

Accounts can be discontinued through the assistance of our Billing Support. Posting here in the Community can also start this process as well as we have submitted your cancellation request to this team on your behalf. A Billing agent will contact you directly with any further updates.

Have monitored Email, Send a "you will be billed xxxx"4 day prior to billing in case it is a mistake

How can you bill Sunday morning at 2:50AM and not have support?

I cancelled back in December and I was just charged for a full year up front!
 
To make matters worst I am buying a house and you just caused me to go negative on my bank account!!
 
I want this charge reversed immediately!!!
 
Just so I am clear
 
 CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL!!!!!!
 
Prior to this I thought your service was great and recommended it to others, No more!
 
FYI just a simple email 4 days prior to billing would have avoided this!!!!!

I took a look in your account and I do apologize but you never requested for this account to be canceled in Decimeter. We have submitted a case to our Billing department to process the cancellation. This request can take up to 24 business hours to process.
