Please cancel my account too. However, based on what I paid, could you please if the cancellation affects immediately or I could continue to use it for a certain period of time?

I called and spoke to billing last night (her name was Angel) to cancel my account. She said she did. Well, she did not. I better not be billed for today. Cancel immediately!

Please cancel my account with immediate effect before the next billing.

I am from Singapore and there are no Singapore help lines.

I have been trying to contact through your contact centre but there are no email or chats that I can use for this purpose.

Kindly give me the exact instruction or email contact to cancel my account ASAP.

We ask that users under these reviews first speak with our List Review Specialists before a cancellation can be processed. I apologize you have been unable to reach this team I have submitted a callback ticket with this department in your account. These tickets typically have a 48-72 business hour turn around time.

Hello,

I like your services till you increase month payment and charge my card before 28 days left.

Your silence payment service charge my credit card not in time (I mean one month is 30-31 days).

I have not received any invoice information last two month with this payments.

 

Please, cancel my account and refund for last payment on 18-July.

Due to the high queue, the request may take longer than the normal 1-2 business days. For the quickest response, you may wish to reach out to them directly.

We would like to cancel and for the last several years not one email was sent and we paid. Also it would be a real odd thing to have a contact us so we can send you a email
