This is why your account is still open and you have not received a confirmation email. Your cancellation request has however been submitted to our Billing Support so the appropriate teams can begin our cancellation process. These tickets do generally have a 1-2 business day turnaround, and can take longer as we currently are experiencing a higher than normal queue. This company is such a scam and you should be ashamed of running such a business model.
If you can easily sign up and GET PAID by email - then it should be just as easy to CANCEL via email as well. Instead, you make it extra difficult for people to cancel their subscriptions by calling you on the phone. If that's the only way - then why not set up a phone line for creating an account as well??
