Cancellation

Trying to cancel my account because a different team member has taken over this communication and it is impossible to figure out how to do that.

Is your colleague planning to continue using us for your company? If so, then I'd suggest following the processes for:

 

Switching Account Ownership

and

Updating Payment Info

 

If the colleague isn't planning to use us for your company, please contact our Billing so they can schedule your account for cancellation.
