Good afternoon! The account owner wants to check whether he has double opt-in enabled. Neither he nor I (an account manager) can see the tabs required to complete this action when we go to 'My Account.' Is there a setting that we're missing?

I do apologize for that! That would be only visible to the Account Owner. Just to confirm, when the Account Owner clicks on their name at the top right hand side, does it say Account Owner in the drop down?
As long as it does, you should be able to access that by clicking on the dropdown at the top right > choose Settings > Manage Contact Emails on the right side under the Other box. Please let me know if you are still not seeing that.
