I just created my account yesterday, and now this morning it says the password doesn't work. When I click on reset password, it says it doesn't recognize my email; however, it did send an email link to me, but the password reset link is broken/cannot click on it.

I can log in through google, but not directly. And once in the my account section, I do not have the option to update my information, such as phone number, etc. It also doesn't appear I have anyway to set it up so I can log in directly instead of through google.

Your issue might be related to the google log-in set up. To clarify for troubleshooting, I'm curious if you're logging into your account directly through our website [constant contact(dot)com], or the website builder's front page [constantcontact(dot)com/website]?
On the regular Constant Contact end, I'm seeing the ability to update the phone number through the My Account > Personal Information section. Are you able to get to that section?

I can still click the google link option for signing in though, so I do have acces, just can't sign in directly.
