Cannot create a campaign

Every time I try to create a campaign, I get an error message.  I have been trying for hours.  FIrst I cannot even get the login screen, I get an error.  Then when I do get in, I try to add contacts and I get a error.  Then I try to create a campaign and when it tries to get to the templatees screen, I get an eerror. I really needed to get this email put tonight and now I cannot. I cannot get help becuase it is after hours, although it ws ot when I first started .  Anyine have any idea what is going on?

Hello @DianeK5124,

 

I do apologize that you are running into that! I was able to access your site using Google Chrome, and I could not replicate that issue. Are you able to try incognito mode, or try another browser to see if the issue is still occurring? I'm wondering if there may be a plugin/extension installed on your browser that is interfering with the editor. 

 

If that doesn't work, I do believe that a screen share might be beneficial in diagnosing this - I would recommend giving our support team a call at 866-289-2101. They are here during these hours: 

Monday-Thursday: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. MT or 8 a.m.- 10 p.m. ET

Friday: 6 a.m. - 7 p.m. MT or 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. ET

Saturday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. MT or 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET
