Cannot import CSV file into Constant Contact

I am using CSV file generated from Marketer Magic, containing the list of dentists emails. CC is showing internal server error and not importing the list

I apologize that you are receiving this error.

Are there multiple page or "tabs" in this CSV? Does the title or column titles have special characters or formatting?

If neither of those apply. We could attempt to use the "Add Multiple Contacts" option instead of the import file depending on how many contacts are on the CSV.

 

We can also attempt to use a different browser or Private Window.
