Cannot remove bounced emails

Hi, I've never experienced this problem before but for the past two days I've tried to remove bounced emails.  But when I do, my screen goes black and I cannot do anything?  Anyone know how to fix this?  See screenshot.

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. It is not something I have seen come up before. I also was not able to replicate on my end. I'm curious if you have already attempted to try accessing your account from another browser or computer? It's possible there is a build up of cache or an extension interfering with your current browsing experience. If you haven't yet, try going into Incognito/Safe Mode and see if the issue persists.
