It appears you were still in our free trial period when you originally tried scheduling your email. These trials only allow you to send to a list of up to 100 unique contacts. Any list larger than this amount would be grayed out and unable to select. The good news is I can see you upgraded to a paid account and was able to send to the full contact list.
