I am working on bringing back an old CC account that was improperly set up. The existing account was not properly set up as a Chamber of Commerce account, and did not take advantage of the generous offer for Chamber of Commerce free use. Please advise on best practice to revive the old account, and take advantage of the Chamber promotion. Thank you!

If you're not yet a partner / Chamber user, I'd advise setting up a callback with the Partner onboarding team for additional insight and to make sure your accounts are setup as you need them to be. If you're already a partner, then I'd advise reaching out to Partner support by calling our general support number, so they can assist you in getting your existing account re-opened and properly added to your partnership.
