Change account and billing email

I am not able to change my account and billing email to my added email - I was able to add my email and verify but still not able to use it as my primary email

Is the email address an option in the dropdown menu? If not, then try re-clicking the link in the verification email. If you still have issues, you'll need to call our general support so they can confirm security permissions and securely assist you.
