Change account owner et al

I created a new account using me as the account owner etc., so I could demonstrate constant contact to my employer and sell her on the product,

I am now unable to change account owner? I was told during a "get started"conference call it would be no problem, Well.... it is

 

Any suggestions?  She's not impressed so far because of the challenges we've had etc. Im afraid she's going to go with some monkey thing,

Hi @EllenO831 ,

 

I certainly apologize for the confusion! We'd love to work with you guys. You should be able to transfer the account ownership from within the account, but you will need to be logged in as the existing account owner to do so. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
