I would like to change my existing letterhead template for my email broadcasts.

The template I want to use is in word format.  Can I convert to PDF to upload, or can I use word?

If you just want the document itself, the Word file will be fine. If you're needing a specific visual element, such as a header, logo, etc. then you can use the PNG image our system generates of the first page when you upload the document. Documents themselves can't be embedded into emails sent through us, so you'll need to use the image generated.
