Change my password inactive acct

For security reasons My password needs to be changed- youâ re not giving me that screen. But I can sign in with my password- you have info I need secured.

Hello @DebbieG550 ,

 

If you're trying to change the password on an inactive account, then you'll need to use the Forgot Password link on the login page to update your password. If you don't have access to the account's main email address, then you'll need to call our general support so they can continue to provide secure assistance for you.
