Change of Address procedure nightmare

As it turned out, there was a wrong address. I corrected but there was no way to resend it given your policy. This was the most important name on my list. When I tried to make him a list and send it that way, again Constant Contact to the rescue: it didn't get sent.  That, song with your archaic way of maintaining a mailing list makes me reconsider whether I will be with you long term. I NEED the newsletter sent to:

Taking a look at your account, it looks like the contact whose email you provided was able to open up the newsletter that was sent while they were in suspension. Were they also needing to receive the welcome email you'd established?
