Change of billing email address

In your tutorial you go to your account and then billing. Billing is not an option listed. I went through all the options to finally locate Billing information to update it.

It sounds like you may still be on the older My Account setup, it could be leftover artifact or caused by your Partner setup. I'd advise calling our Billing team so they can do security confirmations, and assist with getting your My Account UI updated.
