Change or update your payment method

I am having trouble changing the payment method from credit card to PayPal. I enter the information, it takes me to PayPal and I do all the things there, but it doesn't change in my account. Do I need to cancel the credit card first, then add PayPal?

Hello @CheriseM96 ,

 

You shouldn't need to remove any info, you should just have to switch to the PayPal option, then follow the steps to login, accept the payment, then re-confirm on our side and submit.

If you're finding that after getting to the final confirmation page on our side, that your account still hasn't updated its payment method, I'd advise calling our Billing team so they can provide live, 1:1, secure assistance with updating your payment.
