Change service / billing / no answer

I would like to change my service. I tried calling and there is no answer. There is no option to email anyone. I want to switch to monthly plan and not be charged for the year. Who is available to assist?

Hi @RobertW172. You can update your payment plan through My Account. As a note, our Billing and Support teams are unavailable on Sundays when it looks like you were attempting to call us. Here is a link to their phone numbers and hours of operation.
