Changing Constant Contact Data Notice to Email Privacy Notice

Hello: In the footer of our emails, we would like to change Constant Contact Data Notice to Email Privacy Notice. I tried chat, but they claimed it couldn't be done. I've seen it done before. Thanks Jen

I reached out to our Tier 2 team, and set up a custom footer request with them. In about 3-5 business days, you should see the wording of the privacy link changed to "Email Privacy Notice" or something equally as neutral that doesn't reference us.
