Changing Username

Hi -- I am trying to change the username on my company account because the name it is currently showing is of someone that no longer works here. Why I try and change it myself it says that feature is unavailable.

Hello @BSSC2472 ,

 

Users can only update their own login usernames. The account owner, when logged in as such, can update user's login username.
