I am trying to change the font size on a Mac. It won't show Verdana and font sizes over 14. Any. tips? Thanks.

Hello @SueM093 ,

Have you tried scrolling when that dropdown menu shows up? Scroll bars on Macs are typically on visible while actually scrolling and disappear when not.

Similar issue, please advise.

Mac and similar iOS devices don't show their scroll bars on most programs and sites, you just have to move your fingers on the trackpad. Can you provide a video of you attempting to scroll on the dropdown, because I'm not able to recreate what you're describing at all on my Mac device.
