Changing my email address

The system won't allow me to change my password. It keeps posting "The Current Password you entered is incorrect" I know that it is not, and finally I copied and pasted the password from the user list-still doesn't accept it.

Hello @MyPHA ,

 

Do you login to the account through any other means besides going through the main login page? If you logout of your account, then go to the login page, does resetting your password from the login page allow you to properly reset it?
