I have discontinued my website. And thus, my email listed for my account for billing, etc. (top line) I tried to change to my correct email, but it would not let me edit that. Can you help?

You'll need to make sure your new email address is verified on your account, otherwise it won't show as an option when you go to change your main account email, your account's billing email, or your emails' from/reply-to address.
