I have several people that registered for my event and selected "check" or "pay at door", but now want to pay with a credit card. Can they edit their registration and add the payment, or do they need to re-register?
Thank you for reaching out about your event. I can definitely understand how helpful it would be to be able to change the payment method without having to re-register. I apologize this is not currently a feature in our event campaigns. When it comes to changing the payment method of a registrant, you would have to cancel this contact and have them re-register. I have however submitted your feedback on this ability to our engineers!
