Yesterday I was charged an amount of 55 USD from constant contact and I am subscribed to a 20 USD plan.
Please advice about the rate the increase?

It appears that between your current plan, your current tier / number of contacts, and the inclusion of the Inbox Preview tool that you subscribed to several months ago, this has resulted in the increased monthly price of your account over the base starting price of $20 / month.
If you'd like for us to remove Inbox Preview, let us know and we can get a ticket submitted to Billing for review. Additionally, if you're needing to go down in number of active contacts, I'd recommend reviewing your bounces, and removing the ones our system recommends for removal. If necessary, you may also consider removing some frequent non-openers. Then, if you didn't send to over 500 contacts during that month's billing cycle, we can either submit a ticket or you can call into Billing to get a tier reduction.
