We do not automatically remove your bounces because we would like to give our customers the freedom and choice to keep the bounced email addresses in their account. A lot of customers like to check with the person who owns the bounced email address to make sure something isn't temporarily wrong before completely removing them. You are charged for bounces because they are still considered active contacts. Thankfully, our system has an extremely easy way for you to delete these bounces if you do not want to keep them anymore. Please click on our article for helpful steps on how to do that! Thanks.
