Chat support not working, email campaign not sending, test function not working

Hello,

 

We paid for our membership for a whole year. We tried calling and no one has called us back to assist. The chat function is also not working to access support. 

 

We are unable to send a test email. We went ahead and sent a campaign under send now in spite of not being able to send a test email. We have not received that email and that was sent about an hour ago. 

 

The campaign is still listed under draft. How do we see sent campaigns?

The account associated with this Community profile is for an expired trial. Make sure the account you're logging into is the one you actually paid for, and not the expired trial one. If you need further assistance, I'd advise calling our general support to confirm security confirmations and assist further.
