How to get chat back. I need help!

We would be happy to help! Where are you looking for that chat option? In most cases where users are unable to access our chat support we ask for further details. For instance if you are seeing a 'looping' behavior, an error message, or anything else. However in your case I can see you are still under a trial account. Trial accounts have an in account chat with our sales department. Because of this, to help not cause any confusion, this sales chat is the only option available in the user interface. The good news is you can still contact our Support by chat through our Help Center. Are you able to find our chat support on this page?
