When on Chat, if I switch pages, chat is disconnected rather than still being available

Hi @JaneH139 , 

 

I apologize that you are experiencing issues with Chat. How exactly are you accessing the Chat feature? If you access it through the Help panel inside of your account, or from the Help Center, it should be opening a new window, and wouldn't close out if you navigated to another screen.
