We have a huge number of contacts with in our database - many of which have been placed in historical lists of the different types of emails we send.
It would be great to send the confirm subscription email list with a checklist of the different types of emails we send that would then populate them into that list like they can do upon signing up. Is there a way to do this through the confirm subscription email?
Hello @ActionCenter
That's a great question. The confirm subscription email can be sent to existing contacts, meaning you would not need to remove them from any of the lists they are currently on. They would remain in all of your lists in an Awaiting Confirmation status until they confirmed their subscription, and once they did, they'd remain a part of the current lists they are in.
If you wanted them to be able to opt in or out of certain lists, I recommend adding those lists to the Update Profile form and directing them to click on Update My Profile in the footer of all your emails. They'd have the option to opt in or out of whatever lists are included on that form. Below, I have included some guides for more information on both of those options.
