I'd recommend taking a look at our overview on email reporting, to get a general understanding of the tracked metrics and what they mean.
Your email's click rate is a metric for how many of your contacts that opened your email, that also clicked at least one link in your email. You can check further down on the reporting page for a drilldown of the performance of specific links in your email, or click on the click rate metric at the top to get a list of the contacts that clicked and when they clicked at least one link.
