Click throughs are not registering

The campaign I just sent is not registering click-through rates... What do I do??

I took a peek at your most recent email you've sent out, and I do see that there is a 2% click rate showing. Do you think this open rate percentage should be higher? Did you open the email, click on a link and it did not register? 


If it is the latter option, we have seen instances where security settings within your email client can prevent us from knowing if the link was clicked on, but that happens pretty infrequently. Please let us know if this is what is going on.
