Click tracking not working via social sharing

If contacts access an email via the social sharing link, it appears their activity is not tracked - even though the contact is already in the CC database. Shouldn't ALL clicks

That's a great question. Clicks accessed through the Social Share version of the email aren't tracked as clicks because it is accessed through the social channel and directed to the webpage version of the email. Since the system wouldn't be able to recognize who is accessing the link, the clicks aren't tracked.
