The seating chart for services is a great idea. I am so sorry that some people are having issues being able to reserve a spot.
To help troubleshoot we do need a bit more information.
- What is the name of the campaign that includes the links to reserve a spot for a service?
- What is the general procedure for reserving a spot?
- What is the email address of the one member that says she clicks to register but you never see the registration?
