I have received client feedback today regarding not being able to view our pictures from our weekly newsletter. She has an older version of Windows 8/9. The client forwarded our newsletter to a co-worker with Windows 10 and they could then view the pictures. Has this been a reoccurring issue?

Depending on the email program they're using to view emails, it's possible their system is just blocking the images until explicitly told to download/show them. Have them check the email to see if there are any prompts to show the images, or check their settings to allow images to display. If the images are displaying with blank areas and small X or torn page icons, have your client right-click on that area to see if download or show images are available as an option.
