Hi, I have downgraded my account from 30000 to 0 and I am still paying the price for 30000 contact, what should I do to downgrade it to the minimum? or should I cancel my contract with CC? Matthieu

If you haven't sent anything to those 30k contacts in the previous billing cycle, then our Billing may be able to manually lower your tier. Please reach out to them at your earliest convenience so they can review your emailing and make the necessary adjustments.
